Assessment of your car

First of all, our experts look at the current condition of your car. Where is already rust in place and how can we fix it? With an endoscope we can look into the hollow spaces and places that are not visible with the eye, such as the inside of the chassis. During this assessment it will become clear whether a Dinitrol treatment is desirable for the problems of your car. Other restoration methods may need to be applied on top of the Dinitrol treatment to achieve a sublime result.

What is the price of a Dinitrol treatment?

The price of a Dinitrol treatment is always tailor-made. We make a quotation based on the diagnosis of our technicians, taking into account additional wishes. We go through this quotation with you and propose a schedule. Keep in mind that you will not be able to use the car for a few days.

Preparation and cleaning

When we start with the anti-rust treatment, we first clean and dry the car. All areas to be treated are cleaned under high pressure, leaving all rust visible.

Treatment Dinitrol ML and Sealant

First we cover the parts that do not need to be treated. Then we apply Dinitrol ML to the rust-sensitive parts. This product penetrates deep into the rust layer and stops the oxidation process. Dinitrol ML is very fluid, so that all nooks and crannies are easily reached. This ensures that moisture and dirt can no longer affect the metal. After drying, this product forms a waxy layer that neatly seals the seams and cracks. Finally, we are going to treat the bottom with Dinitrol Sealant. This product ensures that the Dinitrol ML layer is protected against stones, road salt and other dirt. This product does not dry out and remains elastic, which provides extra protection.

Post-treatment

After the Dinitrol treatment, we reassemble all parts and the car has to dry for a while, so that all products can work properly. After this step, the car is completely ready and it is shiny and well protected again!
